This is the published privacy policy for Frog City Feast.
Data collected by the app
Frog City Feast does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal data. The app has no account system, advertising, analytics, tracking, social features, purchases, or third-party data-collection SDKs. It does not request access to the camera, microphone, photos, contacts, location, or other personal device services.
Players may enter a local profile name. Profile names, scores, progress, achievements, story clues, settings, and accessibility preferences are stored only on the device inside the app’s private storage area. This local information is not sent to the developer or any third party.
Device operations
The app and its Godot runtime use limited system operations for local save-file management, elapsed-time measurement, and available disk-space checks. These operations are declared in the iOS privacy manifest and are not used to track users or collect information.
Data retention and deletion
Local game data remains on the device until the user deletes the app and its app data through iPadOS. Offloading an app may preserve its documents, so use the iPadOS delete action when complete removal is intended. Because the app has no account or server, the developer has no remote profile or cloud data to delete.
Support communications
If a user chooses to contact support outside the app, GitHub processes the public issue content and GitHub account information under its own terms and privacy policy. The developer uses the issue only to respond to the request, maintain necessary support records, and meet legal obligations. Users must not include names, email addresses, Apple account information, passwords, device identifiers, signing credentials, financial information, or other personal or sensitive data in a public issue.
Public support and privacy issues remain in the repository until they are no longer needed for support, maintenance, or legal obligations, at which point the developer may close or delete them subject to GitHub’s retention behavior.
Children’s privacy
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users. It has no online communication, account creation, advertising, or tracking. App Store availability remains subject to Apple’s assigned age rating and the device family’s parental controls.
Apple services
Apple may process App Store transactions, installation information, or diagnostics under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy. Those Apple services are separate from data collection by Frog City Feast.
Changes to this policy
If the app’s data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy answers must be updated before the changed version is released. The effective date above will identify the current version.
